Values & Principles of Individual Freedom, Opportunity for ALL, Prosperity and Limited Government begin in one’s education. NCRC Scholarship Fund is a 501(c)3 charitable foundation which provides scholarships to local students. The funds, earmarked for a Northumberland resident, may be used for either Workforce or academic study. Your donations are welcomed, and greatly appreciated!

We meet monthly at The Northumberland Women’s Club Facility, 2928 Northumberland Highway, Lottsburg, Va.22511. Meetings begin at 7:00PM Members. Prospective members, volunteers, and public guests are welcome to join with us to help shape our future!
